Stefanweissite is a rare calcium zirconium niobium oxide that forms flattened prismatic crystals. It occurs in cavities inside sanidinite volcanic ejecta. It was first described from In den Dellen (Zieglowski) pumice quarry, Eifel region, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
